Our subsidiary company, Prime land residencies, was formed as a result of the amalgamation of Prime Homes (Pvt) Ltd and Living Homes (Pvt) Ltd on January 2016. It was introduced with the Objective of constructing and selling luxury and semi- luxury houses and apartment complexes to meet modern residential needs in prime locations within Colombo and its suburbs.
